HOW IS IT POSSIBLE THAT NO ONE HAS EVER MANAGED TO MAKE A BETTER CABBA? In 21, Castelli introduced the Gabba into the world of professionals and revolutionized the way they run in rain, cold and during workouts. Anyone else/ambitious cyclist soon realized they need to put the Gabba into their wardrobe. We've made small adjustments over the years, but in the fourth generation of the Gabba we decided to start almost from scratch to make a significant improvement. This coincided with the idea of achieving a level of total waterproofness, which meant developing a new GORE-TEX INFINIUM™ WINDSTOPPER® fabric. We have made the front warmer and slightly brushed while the back is lighter and already more water-repellent than the previous Gabba. We made it better in the rain, with heat-taped shoulder seams and a covered zip. Based on Team Quickstep testing, we thought it would be better to have two pockets that are easier to reach when wearing gloves, but we put in an inner pouch to prevent the pump or other items of yours from moving excessively. It will not be easy to make a better Gabba than this. But we will continue to try.
